Must be over 21 years old, have a valid State ID, and have a Illinois FOID CARD or apply for your FOID before class. You can apply for your FOID at ispfsb.com. Note, to take the course you do not need to you FOID in hand, just have applied. To apply now click FOID.
What to expect.
Each day will in person instruction followed up by a live range qualification at the range. You will need something to drink, snacks, ear and eye protection, your ID and FOID, pen and paper, and your own ammunition. Free pistol rental with course purchase. Please leave your firearm locked in your car during class.

Lucky Star Tactical's Concealed and Carry Course is $135 for the full 16 hour course and range fee. Pick a class and pay below. $65 for live scan fingerprinting and $40 for application processing, done in class and completely optional. Get Your CCL in about 50 days opposed to 4 months with the fingerprinting and processing. $154 to The Illinois State Police, not optional.
